If you must pay by bank transfer, please register on-line and indicate payment as 'Purchase Order'. In the purchase order blank, write 'BankTransfer'. Contact Cara Campbell at ccampbell@ametsoc.org for coordination instructions for the transfer of funds. There is an additional $25.00 fee for payment by bank transfer.

Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations. Please make your reservation before
the cut-off date: 20 April 2009.
